The farm story
We let nature do the complicated part.
Vermicompost Farm specialises in castings made by red wigglers—Eisenia fetida—along with a small amount of stable organic matter.
Horse manure and wood shavings are pre-composted for several weeks before being fed to the worms. Over roughly ten weeks, they transform that material into nutrient-rich vermicast.
The result is a natural soil conditioner with water-soluble nutrients and living beneficial microbes. Gardeners know it by a simpler name: black gold.
